Thinking back to holidays that I’ve taken over the years, it’s difficult to choose one as having been the best. Is that because I’ve never been anywhere nice? In fact, it’s for the opposite reason!
I’ve simply been to so many great places and had a lot of wonderful times. Whether booking using Alpha Rooms, or looking to make travel arrangements on an independent basis, it’s been clear that there’s always been this desire to travel.
People talk about experiencing different cultures and broadening horizons. There’s no doubt that travel allows you to do these things.
But it’s also about your travelling companions. Indeed, it’s fair to say that the company that you keep is at least as important as the places that you choose to visit. Even the most horrible location can be brightened by the presence of other people.
